Requirements:

Job Type: Part-Time / Contractor / Weekend Sessions
Pay: $30–$50/hr (based on experience)

Overview:
TitanNova Epoxy Group is looking for an experienced Epoxy Flooring Professional to teach workshops and hands-on training sessions for new installers. If you’re a pro who knows flake systems, metallic designs, and floor prep inside-out — and want to share your skills — we want you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead classroom-style and hands-on epoxy training sessions

• Demonstrate proper mixing, application, and finishing techniques

• Teach safety, prep work, and surface evaluation

• Coach trainees on real-life jobsite workflow

• Help develop training materials and guides

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in epoxy/coatings installation

• Confident communicator and patient instructor

• Skilled in multiple coating systems: flake, metallic, polyaspartic, etc.

• Ability to work some weekends or evenings for training events

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
